Extracurricular program
Extracurricular activities at Special Em’s Education Center are held every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) on the playground where special rights children can combine play with the development of motor skills, cognition, language, and social interaction as well as enhance connections in Special Em's communities.
Package 1 - Adventure of The Wind
Following the free and unexpected adventures of the wind, the children will practice cycling, storytelling, visual arts and social skills.
As the main characters in their journey to discover themselves and the world through cycling and other outdoor activities, the children gradually adapt to their surroundings, interacting better with people better and developing their sense of balance. Programs integrating physical activities and arts as well as language and play are fully designed to help special rights children develop physical strength and muscle flexibility and simultaneously nourish and develop mental and emotional skills.
Package 2 - Shape of Water
Water is the source of life on Earth, the first environment when the baby is still in the womb, and also a close friend that children will begin to get acquainted with and have fun with, through swimming activities. storytelling, visual arts and social skills.
These activities help children overcome invisible fears and become more confident, as well as active, agile and flexible. Under-water movements combine with other creative and communicative experiences that activate the children’s intelligence, enhance concentration and language development, motor skills, individual immune systems and cheerful energy. In this way, our children will be more independent and adapt more easily to new circumstances.
Package 3 – Wonderland
The “special citizens” in the wonderland filled with color and thousands of stories will join together in group activities such as soccer, storytelling, visual arts and improve social skills.
Soccer is a sport where one develops strength, confidence, concentration, and team skills, and also has good time interacting with others.
Spreading the energy of learning, curiosity and discovery into meaningful social and physical activities, the children not only develop fitness, but also flexible coordination between body parts such as head, arms and legs. They also gain an awareness of the relationship between themselves and friends, teachers, family and their surroundings. The ability to read a situation, think strategically and develop self-confidence, optimism and concentration will be strengthened through soccer games, art projects as well as sharing stories at Special Em's.
Extracurricular Programs are designed and categorized in specific groups for special rights children so that they can develop social skills and improve their confidence in communication and independence. The educators will guide and encourage children to make friends and to strengthen themselves through outdoor sports and activities.
