With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Ca Dang – Academic Manager at Special Em’s Education Center Go Vap – brings extensive expertise in creating educational environments that respond to the diverse needs of children.

With a professional background in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, Ms. Ca has spent many years working directly with children at intervention and specialized education centers. Alongside her role as a Special Education teacher, she has strong expertise in developing and implementing inclusive early childhood education programs, supporting children in building essential skills, increasing participation, and gradually adapting to learning environments.

Ms. Ca continuously updates her professional knowledge through various local and international training programs, including the International Preschool Curriculum (IPC), autism assessment and intervention, the Vietnamese Developmental Checklist for Children, as well as professional programs in education and intervention for children with special needs. These foundations enable her to flexibly integrate modern educational approaches with careful observation and an in-depth understanding of each child.

For Ms. Ca, every child develops at their own pace and deserves opportunities to demonstrate their abilities. Therefore, an effective educational environment should help children feel safe, respected, and appropriately supported according to their individual needs. This is also a key focus of her work in professional management and team development at Special Em’s.
