#MeetTheTeacherAtSEEC | Meet the educator who unlocks movement potential at Special Em’s

With more than 20 years of experience in martial arts coaching, physical education, and supporting children with special needs, Mr. Nguyen Viet Quang, Physical Education Expert at Special Em’s Education Center (SEEC), has dedicated his career to helping children and adolescents build stronger bodies, develop essential motor skills, and gain the confidence to thrive in everyday life.

Backed by a professional foundation in Physical Education and many years of teaching and coaching Karatedo, Mr. Quang believes that every child has the ability to grow when provided with the right opportunities, individualized support, and an encouraging environment. For him, movement is not simply about improving physical fitness—it is a powerful pathway to developing attention, self-regulation, emotional resilience, and greater independence.

Committed to continuous professional development, Mr. Quang actively researches and applies evidence-informed approaches to motor development, with a particular focus on integrating martial arts into intervention programs for children with special needs. Every activity is thoughtfully adapted to each child’s unique strengths, abilities, and developmental goals, allowing them to improve coordination, build confidence, and experience success through meaningful progress.
At Special Em’s Education Center (SEEC), Mr. Quang is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment where children are encouraged to move, explore, and discover their full potential. Through patience, consistency, and deep respect for every child’s individuality, he empowers children to develop not only their physical abilities but also the confidence and life skills needed for greater participation in everyday life.
Beyond working directly with children, Mr. Quang is also a trusted partner to families. By collaborating closely with parents, he helps create personalized opportunities for children to become healthier, more confident, and increasingly independent—one meaningful step at a time.
