In special education, every intervention session is more than just a lesson—it is an opportunity for children to be heard, respected, and empowered to discover their own potential. For passionate young educators who are committed to continuous learning, every step of a child’s progress is the motivation to keep striving each day.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mr. Phan Minh Man is currently an Individual Intervention Teacher at Special Em’s Education Center (SEEC). He works with children with special needs as well as those in inclusive education settings, particularly children aged 3–6, designing intervention sessions that are tailored to each child’s unique needs and abilities.

Mr. Man’s journey into special education began with the inspiration of a mentor who devoted her career to the field. As he learned more, he realized that special education was not just a profession but a meaningful path where he could make a positive difference in the lives of children and their families. His passion as a young educator continues to inspire him to expand his expertise, refine his professional skills, and remain dedicated to supporting every child’s developmental journey.

For Mr. Man, the three most important principles in working with children are listening, patience, and respect. Drawing on his background in Educational Psychology, he approaches every child with empathy, believing that every behavior has a reason and that every child can make progress when provided with the right support. He also hopes to promote greater awareness that autism is not a disease, but rather a different way of experiencing the world that calls for understanding, meaningful support, and opportunities to thrive.

At Special Em’s, Mr. Man continues to build on his strengths in individualized intervention, combining psychological knowledge, professional responsibility, and the enthusiasm of a young educator to help children develop essential skills, build confidence, and gradually unlock their full potential.
