In special education, every child develops at their own pace. While progress may sometimes seem slow, each small achievement lays the foundation for greater growth and independence in the future.

With nearly six years of experience in special education, Ms. Pham Thi Hoai Nho is currently an Intervention Teacher at Special Em’s Education Center (SEEC) – Go Vap Campus. She has extensive experience supporting children aged 0–9, particularly those between 0–6 years old, through individualized intervention programs tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and developmental goals.

Graduating with a degree in Special Education from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Ms. Nho continuously expands her professional knowledge through specialized training in STAT (Screening Tool for Autism in Toddlers & Young Children), Project ImPACT, VB-MAPP and NET, as well as programs focusing on school readiness and art therapy for emotional development. This diverse professional background enables her to design individualized interventions that effectively support children across different developmental stages.

Throughout her career, Ms. Nho has supported many children on their developmental and inclusion journeys. More than 50% of the children who have worked with her long-term have successfully transitioned into mainstream preschools and primary schools. One of her most memorable milestones was helping a child with cerebral palsy learn to walk independently and drink from a cup on their own. Moments like these continue to inspire her commitment to helping every child reach their fullest potential.

For Ms. Nho, the foundation of effective intervention is building a relationship based on trust and respect. Rather than simply taking on the role of a teacher or adult, she strives to become a supportive companion who listens, understands, and encourages each child to discover their own abilities.

At Special Em’s, Ms. Nho brings her strengths in individualized intervention to every session while continuously creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences. Her goal is to help children develop essential skills, build confidence, and take steady steps toward greater independence and successful inclusion in school and everyday life.
